Here are two (2) Scholarship Opportunities for APA Seniors…
1) $10,000 APA & EEFA Scholarship 2024
To apply for the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts Scholarship, a student must:
- Be a graduating senior from APA.
- Meet the minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 in high school.
- Be pursuing advanced study in their chosen artistic field after graduation (through education or career).
- Verify continuing pursuit of artistic endeavors through proof of acceptance into a college, university, program, conservatory, or through verification of employment.

2) The HBAPA Foundation Scholarship Program is available due to the generous donations from individual and corporate donations and focuses upon a demonstrated record of community service and leadership. Particular attention will be given to training, honors and achievements in the arts. The candidates for the scholarship will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must have participated in the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts Program for 4 years OR 2 years plus 2 year equivalent transfer from a performing arts school.
- Students who are planning to enroll full time in a 2 or 4 year program at an accredited college or university and majoring or minoring in the arts. Examples of acceptable majors include: Dance, Voice, Opera, Theater Arts, Musical Theater, Visual Arts and Music.
Scholarships will be awarded totaling up to $5,000 depending on funding available. Individual scholarships will be for up to $1000 for students majoring in the arts and attending 4 year colleges or up to $500 for students attending 2 year colleges or minoring in the arts at a 4 year college.
