It is time for the annual APA Back to School Parent/Guardian Meeting! Attendance is required for new & returning APA Parents/Guardians!
Where? HBUHSD Historic Auditorium
5:30pm Doors Open
Turn in any outstanding paperwork, buy APA Stickers and Season Tickets
6:30pm Parent / Guardian Meeting

Our short meeting will be followed by the first APA Guild Meetings of the year. This is your first chance to meet with your APA Department and see what’s in store for this school year and the FIRST DAY TO TURN IN Walk for the Arts donation envelopes & pick up your student’s t-shirt. THIS FUNDRAISER (ran by Student Council & EEFA) is for APA Field Trips, APA Events, Academy Awards, Dances… and MORE!
The 28th Annual Walk for the Arts fundraiser packets were mailed in July and you should have received it in your mailbox. Below is a link for more information.
WANT MORE INFO ABOUT WALK FOR THE ARTS?
Once again, APA is partnering with the Educational Enrichment Foundation for the Arts (or, “EEFA”) to make our Walk for the Arts the most successful ever. The walk is on Friday, October 4th and we need your enthusiasm and support to kick off APA’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
This fundraiser is led by our very own APA Student Council, with all money raised directly benefiting our APA students. This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 for the extra expenses that go along with APA’s quality arts education.The funds raised will be used to help fund APA field trips, student dances, special master classes with industry professionals, and the APA Academy Awards in June. Turn in your Sponsor Form Envelope beginning Aug. 26th (APA Back to School Meeting).
